About The Position

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving sales goals through various prospecting and customer engagement strategies. This role involves building brand awareness within a specific territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing innovative customer programs. The position serves a diverse range of clients including commercial businesses, government facilities, educational institutions, and healthcare/industrial facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to travel within the local market area using a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license required
• Residency within the assigned territory is required
• Strong customer service orientation and desire to support customer needs
• Proficiency with tablets and iOS platforms, including iPhone and iPad
