About the Role As a client-focused Relationship Manager on our Commercial team you will serve as the overall strategic owner of assigned client relationships and be accountable for driving long-term revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio. You will develop and execute proactive account strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and align Element’s products and services to support client success. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, executive relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business results.
