The Relationship Manager will be responsible for business development with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role involves responding quickly and effectively to new business referrals, developing external referral sources, and maintaining, growing, and servicing assigned portfolios. The Relationship Manager will also be accountable for driving the profitability, quality, and growth of their portfolio, negotiating lending terms, preparing credit approval packages, ensuring current financial information is maintained and analyzed, and overseeing the loan closing process.
