About The Position

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to achieve business numbers and profitability in the Used Car Loan sector. This role involves managing collaborations with dealers, DSAs, and direct business models, as well as developing and driving business through a healthy portfolio and achieving healthy IRR. The position also requires onboarding dealers and brokers as per budget, developing new and pre-owned car loan business across branches and locations, and managing the team by providing training and knowledge about new products and policies. The role involves managing, allocating, and assessing business and leads from channels/dealers to team leaders, sales officers, and coordinators within their geographic territory. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will maintain relationships with channels/dealers, pre-assess in-principle decisions for funding customers, and monitor non-starters and pending documents (PDD) while identifying new business prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto Loans.
  • Any Graduate qualification.
