About The Position
As a part-time, fully remote Relationship Manager, you’ll guide Woven Legal client engagements and support Virtual Legal Professionals (VLPs) so both sides thrive over the full lifecycle. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—spotting risks early, strengthening collaboration, and helping engagements grow in scope and value.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building, organization, and follow-through
- High emotional intelligence and a consultative communication style
- Comfort navigating sensitive issues and escalating appropriately
- Experience supporting clients and/or contractors in service-based work
Responsibilities
- Owning assigned client relationships
- Running regular check-ins and capturing feedback
- Recommending best practices for remote workflows, legal ops, and technology
- Handling scope updates, contract changes, and offboarding documentation
- Partnering with the Placement Team on onboarding
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting invoicing as needed
- Delivering monthly engagement reports with strategic recommendations
- Reviewing engagement dashboard and messages
- Mapping out priorities across clients and VLPs
- Conducting short video calls
- Capturing notes, updating systems, and preparing follow-up plans
- Coaching-style conversations
- Calm, practical problem-solving
- Pulling key trends for monthly reporting
- Flagging patterns that could affect retention
- Drafting recommendations to share internally
- Confirming next steps
- Aligning on timelines
- Ensuring everyone involved knows what “good” looks like for the week ahead
