About The Position

The Relationship Manager is responsible for originating commercial loans, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring loan portfolio performance, and supporting the overall Bank's efforts in business development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/real estate lending or business banking.
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, credit analysis, and financial statements.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new commercial lending opportunities through business development activities, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow a loan portfolio.
• Structure, negotiate, and present loan proposals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify additional banking needs and ensure customer satisfaction/retention.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance.
