Under general direction and with a high level of autonomy, the Relationship Manager – Strategic Partnerships is responsible for the day to day management and execution of the firm’s strategic recruiting partner strategy. This role uses extensive industry knowledge, relationship building skills, and marketing execution capabilities to enhance Raymond James’ presence with external recruiting partners, increase lead flow, and identify new partnership opportunities. The individual in this role implements marketing strategies, manages and enhances the contact management system to maintain consistent communication with strategic partners, and acts as one of Raymond James’ primary external representatives to the recruiting partner community. Daily outbound communication is required to share the Raymond James value proposition, answer platform related questions, and solicit feedback. The position requires demonstrated ability to champion change, influence across differing perspectives, navigate conflict effectively, and represent the firm in a consistent, professional, and highly productive manner. Travel averages 30% annually, with expectations to work in St. Petersburg month and seasonal spikes in travel throughout the year.
