About The Position

AdAction Interactive is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Strategic Partnerships, to prospect, manage, and onboard new supply partners and influencers while ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement to long-term success. Candidate needs to be located in Denver, Chicago or Austin areas. This role requires an energetic self-starter who excels at building strong relationships, guiding partners through the sales and onboarding process, and proactively addressing their needs. In addition to partner support, you will play a key role in recruiting new influencers to our network, identifying promising creators, pitching campaign opportunities, and helping them navigate setup and launch. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, partnership management, and influencer relations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who can effectively collaborate across departments, communicate clearly with both internal teams and partners, and adapt to shifting priorities. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Experience or education in sales, partnership management, onboarding, account growth, or influencer recruitment.
  • Experience or education in sales support, campaign setup, or creator onboarding.
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients and influencers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client and influencer needs.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts and relationships effectively.
  • Ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues and support clients and influencers through implementation.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
  • Dependable, consistent, and proactive in delivering high-quality experiences for clients and influencers.
  • Willingness to travel for meeting and industry events.
  • Located in Denver, Chicago or Austin areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, digital marketing, or influencer marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a point of contact for prospective new partners and ensuring a smooth sales and onboarding process.
  • Managing partner relationships by providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Proactively recruiting new influencers to expand our network, sourcing and qualifying talent, and guiding them through onboarding and campaign activation.
  • Collaborating with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to align client and influencer needs with company solutions.
  • Tracking and maintaining client and influencer data in Salesforce, HubSpot, and HasOffers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and contacts.
  • Driving client and influencer retention and satisfaction by delivering a consistent and structured service experience.
