In this role, you will help drive high-impact strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives, primarily aligned to Rightway’s Healthcare Navigation business line. You will play a critical role in maximizing revenue with existing partners - owning the group sales process from opportunity identification through contracting - while coordinating cross-functional initiatives that support growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and leading go-to-market strategies across partnership types (e.g., brokers, TPAs, PEOs, captives). The ideal candidate will be equal parts commercial and operational—able to own a high-volume pipeline, position a compelling joint value proposition while co-selling with partners, and execute with a high attention to detail.
