About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead complex vendor partnerships and cross-functional program execution within a high-impact operational environment. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations and is responsible for driving multi-year initiatives with external partners while ensuring seamless internal collaboration. The ideal candidate is a structured operator, skilled negotiator, and strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can influence without authority.

Requirements

6–8 years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, or program management roles
Demonstrated success leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives within Product and Engineering environments
Experience influencing stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams
Background in managing contract negotiations and renewals
Experience driving vendor or partner performance management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly
Ability to influence without direct authority
Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and clarity
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides)

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Trust, Safety, Identity, Privacy, or Fraud domains preferred
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with identity, safety, or fraud management methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale vendor and strategic partnerships, ensuring strong collaboration and performance outcomes
Lead multi-year program execution across cross-functional teams with complex interdependencies
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear accountability tracking
Design scalable frameworks and processes that improve collaboration across teams
Partner closely with sourcing, finance, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
Support high-quality releases across multiple concurrent initiatives
Develop qualitative and quantitative reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
Provide end-user perspective input into product and operational requirements
Navigate complex negotiations, renewals, and performance management discussions with partners
