About The Position

As one of our Relationship Managers, you’ll lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel, identifying firm and firm representatives’ needs and coordinate efforts to serve those needs. Your territory will sit in San Francisco. You’ll manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You’re motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in third-party distribution.
  • Broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and ETF business and sales cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proven track record and deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.
  • Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
  • Well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.
  • One or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA.
