This role is responsible for conducting site visits and supporting our field operations. Success in this role means ensuring accurate account management, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing collections through proactive field engagement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections field engagement and client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic field environment
• AWS Certification or similar
• Proficiency in Data entry and reconciliation tools
• Spanish and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales preferred
