The program focuses on acquiring and managing a client portfolio, generating new business, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering integrated financial solutions through collaboration with internal partners. Global Commercial Banking (GCB) serves clients with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. The program includes activity-based training, coaching, and development of knowledge in credit, treasury, and operational services, alongside client relationship building and business plan creation.
