Key responsibilities include acquiring and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, generating new and incremental business, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering integrated financial solutions by collaborating with internal partners. Job expectations include leveraging activity-based training modules, engaging in national and local leader and peer coaching, and developing knowledge of credit, treasury, and other operational services, while building client relationships, creating business plans, and influencing team performance.
