About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for our Current Account department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our current account holders. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current account holders
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to meet the needs of clients
• Monitor account activity and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
