Provident Bank is expanding into Westchester County, NY, and is building a high-performing Commercial Banking team to support this growth. This role is a key hire as we expand our presence and deepen relationships in the market. The Relationship Manager for C&I is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex commercial and industrial lending relationships within the middle market segment. This role focuses on driving new business development, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering tailored C&I financing solutions to meet the working capital, growth, and operational needs of clients. The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, CFOs, and executive leadership teams, leveraging strong credit acumen and sound judgment to structure solutions including revolving credit facilities, term loans, and asset-based lending. This individual is accountable for portfolio performance, revenue generation, and maintaining strong credit quality, while enhancing the Bank’s visibility and presence within the C&I market.
