About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker uses discovery conversations, planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions to build lasting customer relationships. The position also handles everyday banking activities such as opening accounts and resolving service requests, and works collaboratively with colleagues and partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver appropriate, integrated solutions. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements; employees in that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion. Continued employment requires obtaining and maintaining the required licenses. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the registration process after the employee's start date. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
