The Relationship Banker assists members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting, including banking transactions, product education, and relationship-based sales. The role balances exceptional service delivery with the ability to identify needs, build rapport, and convert service interactions into appropriate sales and referral opportunities. In addition, the Relationship Banker is responsible for developing direct sales growth for Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) including but not limited to mortgage, auto lending, and market development. The incumbent performs all duties in compliance with regulatory requirements and with minimal supervision.
