About The Position

At Bank of America, the Relationship Banker helps make financial lives better by engaging clients in the financial center, building relationships, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals. The role involves educating clients about and assisting them with self-service resources, including mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs, and accurately processing cash transactions as needed. This position is open across the Los Angeles South Market. The specific financial center will be based on business needs. New hires train at one financial center and may then move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of home, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The role is 40 hours per week on first shift. Employees must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and may be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. The position is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. The listed hourly pay range is $25.00–$26.77, with offers determined by experience, education, and skill set. The role is currently benefits eligible, with paid time off and other employee resources and support.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions.
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash-handling experience.
Bachelor's degree or business-relevant associate degree, such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Have in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
