About The Position

Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank and multi-year American Banker “Best Bank to Work For,” is looking for a motivated Relationship Banker to join our Eau Claire office. If you enjoy building relationships, contributing to business growth, and working in a supportive, high-performing team environment, this may be the opportunity for you. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. As a Relationship Banker, you will work directly with consumer and business customers to open and service deposit accounts, support lending needs, and strengthen existing relationships while identifying opportunities to grow new business. You will serve as a trusted resource by understanding customer goals and delivering personalized financial solutions.
