Relationship Banker Reunion

Wells Fargo Bank•Commerce City, CO

About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, helping them with everyday banking needs, products, and services through appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The Relationship Banker uses discovery conversations, planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions to help customers work toward financial goals. The role also supports account opening and service requests, and partners with colleagues across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated customer solutions. Success depends on strong relationship-building, proactive engagement, collaboration, and adherence to risk and compliance requirements. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes required licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion of the requirements. Required FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. The position requires meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
