The Relationship Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates. This role fosters and strengthens retail banking customer relationships, resolves customer issues, and coordinates sales efforts across various lines of business. The Relationship Banker acts as the customer's personal banker, utilizing the bank's Contact Management philosophy to strengthen relationships, offer suitable products and services, and provide outstanding customer service. They execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management, cross-sell products and services, and perform related clerical functions. This role originates, retains, and maintains customer accounts, addresses customer inquiries, and completes transactions promptly and accurately. Additionally, the Relationship Banker acts as an advocate for digital product adoption, assists Branch Management with daily operations, and completes ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and sales skills. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
