About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves customers across all segments, including affluent customers, as the primary contact for everyday banking needs, products, and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The Relationship Banker helps customers progress toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The position also supports everyday banking activities such as opening accounts and handling service requests, while providing a seamless and confident customer experience. The Relationship Banker builds credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations and lasting customer partnerships. Success relies on strong relationship skills, proactive engagement, and collaboration with colleagues and partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. The role is suited to professionals seeking a long-term financial-services career and opportunities to deepen consultative expertise as customers’ financial needs evolve. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) designation is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into this role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion of licensing. Required FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe; maintaining required licenses is necessary for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
