We're currently looking for a part-time Relationship Banker to join our Sartell branch, which serves the broader St. Cloud market. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and listening skills
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect easily with a wide range of customers
Willingness to travel as business needs require

Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence by performing teller functions accurately and efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for opening and servicing accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products.
Build and deepen customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending solutions that support each customer's financial success.
Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to help grow the market and strengthen our community presence.
Understand and follow all bank policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
