About The Position

Wintrust is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to join their team. This role involves building and retaining customer relationships, recommending financial solutions, and contributing to branch success. The Relationship Banker will collaborate with business partners, operate a teller drawer, open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist with digital products, recognize potential fraud, and support community and bank events. Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include bank opening/closing.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High School Degree or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual Spanish required.

Retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers.
Discover customer financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts.
Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Responsible for bank opening/closing depending on the shift.
Support community and bank events.
