Relationship Bankers build customer relationships across in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels, providing counsel while adopting a digital-first mindset. They assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process customer and account information, explain deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s goals. The role involves proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying customer needs and channel preferences, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and delivering a consistent customer experience. Relationship Bankers also process basic transactions, collaborate with branch teammates, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate customers about digital and self-service options. They use available resources and technology to serve customers accurately and with operational excellence. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Registration includes criminal background and credit checks; failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in an offer being rescinded or employment being terminated.
