About The Position
At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:15pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am to 12:15pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn banking systems and processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries.
- Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
