About The Position
This role is for an enthusiastic Relationship Banker to join the Hot Springs - Higdon Ferry team at The Citizens Bank. The bank is community-minded and focuses on putting 'People First'. The Relationship Banker will be a key partner in customers' financial journeys, assisting with daily banking needs, providing guidance for financial wellbeing, recommending products and services, and delivering an exceptional in-branch experience. This is an onsite role that allows for face-to-face interaction with customers.
Requirements
- Strong cash-handling skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Clear and confident communication, in person and by phone
- Computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
Nice To Haves
- Previous banking experience preferred
