We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to work in our Fish Creek office with rotational Saturday mornings (9am-12pm) in our Sturgeon Bay office. Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by listening, recommending solutions, and supporting financial goals.
- Originate consumer loans and guide borrowers through applications, approvals, and closing.
- Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
- Serve as a branch point of contact by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing inquiries.
- Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
