About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, providing everyday banking support, products, and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers progress toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also handling account openings and service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery-focused conversations and long-term partnerships. Working in a collaborative branch environment, the banker partners with colleagues across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to connect customers with appropriate solutions and deliver a differentiated experience. The role emphasizes relationship development, consultative expertise, balanced growth, and support for customers whose financial needs become more complex. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program; upon successful completion of licensing, they transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Required FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe, and maintaining required FINRA licenses is necessary for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, with Wells Fargo initiating the process after the start date. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
