The Relationship Banker is responsible for attaining complete knowledge of products and services, recognizing referral opportunities, and partnering with appropriate business lines. They perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately, while delivering and cross-selling banking products based on customer needs. This role involves assisting in the attainment of branch-specific goals, providing excellent customer service, and performing outbound sales activities. The Relationship Banker must maintain customer confidentiality, operate technology as required, and consistently utilize the customer management system.
