Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering a range of Wells Fargo's retail banking deposit and credit products and services. The position requires analyzing business challenges related to full-service banking, presenting recommendations, opening and servicing accounts, and coordinating with internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience. Relationship Bankers also connect customers with appropriate partners or relationship managers, collaborate with financial advisors for investment and retirement needs, and promote self-service digital banking options. This SAFE position involves customer contact and may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (LO) requirements. Employees not fully licensed at hire will participate in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program as a temporary Relationship Banker LP (SAFE) until licensing requirements are met, after which they transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role.
