The Relationship Banker / SrRB - Lutz Apex position is responsible for providing an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone. This involves developing and expanding new and existing client relationships, and providing financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations. The role also involves referrals to other business partners for additional business growth opportunities and may include performing teller duties as needed. The position requires advanced proficiency in client maintenance, problem resolution, and sales functions related to various financial products and services. It contributes to meeting sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining client relationships. The role supports the team sales process through consultative conversations and referrals for complex client needs. It also requires active participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of sales techniques and product knowledge, advising on consumer lending options, taking loan applications, and adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. A key aspect is ensuring a consistent client service experience through courteous interaction and identifying client needs, which may include handling teller transactions and assisting clients within the branch.
