Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
One (1) year job-related experience preferably in a banking, sales or customer service environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

Nice To Haves

Banking experience.
Effective customer relationship building skills including ability to sell, cross-sell, and refer products.
Basic knowledge of retail products, policy and procedures, documentation and systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support relationship building efforts within the branch.
Contribute to overall branch operation.
Enhance customer relationships by providing excellent customer service while servicing all the customers’ financial needs.
Handle a variety of financial transactions and new account openings for individual and business clients.
Engage with customers to meet their financial needs and make referrals to business partners.
