The Relationship Banker / SrRB position is responsible for providing an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone. This involves developing and expanding new and existing client relationships, and providing financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations. The role also involves referrals to other business partners for additional business growth opportunities and may require cross-training to perform teller duties as needed. The position contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services with a focus on developing, expanding, and retaining relationships. It supports the team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex client needs or financial goals to internal specialists. The role requires advising on consumer lending options and taking loan applications, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of policy and procedure changes. A consistent client service experience is ensured by engaging clients courteously while conducting transactions and uncovering needs, which may include handling teller transactions and assisting clients within the branch.
