About The Position

As success is demonstrated, there will be opportunities for advancement within the organization. As a Relationship Banker II, you will work with others by building and maintaining relationships. You will operate as an effective communicator, able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. You will perform in a role that has detailed work as a major focus, requiring details to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines. You will be an active participant in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies while working with and for others. As a Relationship Banker II, you will have the opportunity to meet and provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience. This includes responsibility for developing relationships with business partners and clients, and introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using the latest technology. You will demonstrate a strong knowledge of banking product options and provide a broad base of financial services. Additionally, Relationship Bankers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and treat others with respect and consideration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (may not be learner’s, restricted or “to and from work” license)
  • Driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards (will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report)
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead when completing certain tasks.
  • Ability to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%).

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
  • 1+ Years of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Bilingual language skills
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter
  • A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
  • Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
