Relationship Banker II Float is responsible for the delivery of exceptional member experiences, implementing USALLIANCE’s sales and service standards by offering products and services to improve our members’ financial position. Represent USALLIANCE in the community and form lasting relationships with our members and partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
  • Great people skills with “can do” attitude and high energy level.
  • Ability to multitask - manage multiple priorities and systems.
  • Work independently and cooperatively with other credit union team members and departments.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and active listening skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between all branches withing our organization.
  • Required travel across multi-state branch locations.
  • All positions must adhere to standard BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Employees must demonstrate awareness of business functions and how business decisions affect financial and/or non-financial work results.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking &/or contact center a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Overnight travel is possible.

Responsibilities

  • Expected to travel to designated branch location as scheduled or as needs arise the previous day or day of.
  • To cover branch staff shortages resulting from PTO, Sick leave or vacate position.
  • The need to travel from the home branch to any location may be one day or any length of time necessary to effectively meet the staffing needs of any location.
  • Promptly and accurately perform member transactions and requests, via in person and on the phone, including but not limited to balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers, loan payments and setting up online and mobile banking, and submitting new membership and loan applications.
  • Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies and procedures, including promotions and special offers, during member and employee interactions.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of the Credit Union’s sales and service standards, and successfully cross-sell Credit Union products and services during every eligible member interaction.
  • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of Credit Union members and employee account and business information.
  • Identify and communicate areas for continual improvement of business processes to support efficiency.
  • Participate in branch outreach events and be an ambassador of USALLIANCE by participating in local community and SEG events.
  • Assist with vault / ATM custodian role.
