Relationship Bankers build customer relationships through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual interactions, providing counsel while adopting a digital-first approach. They assess customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, explain deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on customers’ goals. The role involves proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying solutions for new and existing clients, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and delivering a consistent client experience. Relationship Bankers greet clients, process basic transactions, partner with branch colleagues, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients about digital and self-service options. They use available resources and technology to deliver accurate service and operational excellence. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Registration includes a criminal background and credit check; failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment.
