Nice To Haves

An associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience in insurance, accounting, operations, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and submission of monthly reinsurance premium billings.
Support the preparation, reconciliation, and distribution of reinsurance reports while identifying and escalating discrepancies.
Maintain reinsurance files, trackers, documentation, and process records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and support audits, treaty updates, and reporting initiatives.
Provide backup support for claims-related reinsurance activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and escalate issues as needed.
Follow and maintain documented procedures and workflows.
Assist with support for new or amended reinsurance treaties.
Conduct company business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership based on business needs.
