The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist to join their team. Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year College or university in a related degree or experience where 2 years of relevant work experience is equivalent to one year of college.
Two to five years related experience and/or training.
Experience with high volume accurate data entry.
Experience using and explaining of online systems and compliance/file audit/review is a plus.

Responsibilities

Enters and updates provider information into the ELCBC's payment system according to funding and state guidelines.
Responsible for the timely processing of provider attendance in the Single Statewide Information System (SSIS) to facilitate provider payment.
Review provider attendance rosters for completeness and anomalies, in accordance with agency policy, and federal, state, and local business rules.
Verifies documentation as per Coalition attendance policies, such as absences.
Prepare and distribute provider reports and correspondence regarding reimbursement activities.
Research, review, document, prepare, and process prior period adjustments to provider issued payments.
Conducts post audit attendance monitoring in accordance with established policies and procedures and prepares reports of monitoring results.
