The Reimbursement Services Specialist is responsible for requesting dispute paperwork, monitor and track invoices and payments. Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the medical billing field preferred.
You will also be taught to use specific internal systems, such as Our billing system, Embillz Government portal for claim submissions Salesforce for claims tracking

Responsibilities

Requests W-9s and Invoices from Arbitrators.
Monitors the Invoice folder for incoming documentation.
Processes and submits invoices for Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
Tracks outstanding payments and follows up on unresolved transactions
Maintains the Arbitrator contact list; request updates as necessary.
Updates the Invoice Checklist daily.
Follows up with arbitrators as needed, to ensure accurate and complete documentation
