About The Position
As a Reimbursement Services Representative, you will support timely, accurate billing by confirming coverage details, resolving missing information, and keeping patient accounts current in a fully remote setting. This role exists to reduce reimbursement delays and ensure patients and payers have clear, correct documentation.

Responsibilities
- Confirming insurance eligibility via phone and online portals
- Contacting patients to obtain updated insurance details
- Updating accounts with correct coverage and related invoices
- Managing assigned queues, reports, emails, and denial documentation
- Sending termination letters when patients cannot be reached and processing returned mail
- Reviewing paper denials received by mail and organizing them for follow-up
- Documenting updates in the patient record so billing details align with the latest information
- Rotating through email, system reports, and work queues to keep items moving and prevent aging accounts
- Preparing and mailing required termination letters when patients are difficult to reach
- Logging and routing any returned mail appropriately
