About The Position

Cascade Medical, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, has an opening for a full time Reimbursement Recovery Specialist to join our dynamic Business Office team. This role performs all tasks necessary to ensure accurate billing of Patients or Guarantors, including processing, posting, and follow-up on insurance payments for patient accounts. This is a safety-sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Requirements

• Full time availability (40 hours per week - five 8-hour days, or four 10-hour days).
• Pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks necessary to ensure accurate billing of Patients or Guarantors.
• Processing, posting and follow up on insurance payments for patient accounts.
