The Reimbursement Manager provides analytical support, project support and manages the reimbursement supervisor staff. Handles and settles complicated customer service issues which cannot be resolved by staff level employees. The Reimbursement Manager manages the day-to-day activities of an organization's operations. Implements company policies, procedures, and initiatives. The Reimbursement Manager evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Monitors performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes used to analyze operational effectiveness. Additionally, The Reimbursement Manager coordinates operations with other functions.
