Investigate denied or disputed claims to uncover root causes, recommending smarter work-flows that prevent future delays. Empower our internal staff by serving as the go-to expert, providing clear coaching and training on proper coding and reimbursement guidelines. Partner seamlessly with external agencies and internal teams to navigate third-party audits with transparency and confidence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Proven experience managing the full claims life-cycle, including follow-up and denial resolution.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare coding principles and payer guidelines to maintain financial accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience billing for Durable Medical Equipment and pharmacy services is strongly preferred.
