About The Position

The Rehanger Labor position is responsible for rehanging poultry products onto a moving processing line while maintaining product quality, food safety, animal welfare standards, and production efficiency. Team members must work in a fast-paced environment and follow all Tyson Foods safety policies and procedures. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product flow throughout the processing operation.

Responsibilities

• Rehang poultry products onto a moving conveyor or shackle line at required production speeds.
• Maintain proper product placement to ensure efficient downstream processing.
• Inspect products for quality concerns and notify supervisors of any issues.
• Follow all food safety, USDA, and Tyson Foods quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Rotate to other production positions as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards or injuries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
