About The Position
This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. Requirements
- Must be able to work around moving belts and shackles.
- Perform receptive grasping with hands.
- Lifting and raising hands above shoulder level.
- Must be able to stand at the line for entire shift.
- Visually inspect the product.
- Must be able to work in warm/cold and wet environment.
- Periodic being, lifting, turning, pulling, and twisting.
- Location not accepting rehires.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.
- Receive training as required.
- Perform various positions as required/assigned.
- Rehanging birds into moving shackles at 28 birds per minute.
- Visually inspect line for empty shackles.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
