This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The Rehabilitation Technician also takes vital signs, maintains patient rooms, observes and reports changes in patient condition, and orients patients/families to the unit. Additionally, this role assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records, as well as managing stock supply items. The technician performs duties within the scope of Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II tasks and may perform technical tasks like administering 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and routine venipuncture after appropriate training.
