About The Position
A medical facility located near Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a full-time, permanent Rehabilitation Supervisor to join their team! This role involves managing daily departmental operations while supporting strategic initiatives established by leadership. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational improvement, financial management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining safety and accreditation standards. The position provides oversight of the department’s technical operations through the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and programs that promote efficiency, quality, and continued growth.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
