This is a part-time, direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment within the Crisis Residential Program. The program provides short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, aiming to prevent hospitalization. The role involves creating a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages client independence and well-being. The teams collaborate with existing providers and connect clients to Sheppard Pratt services or other community resources. Staff will receive thorough training and ongoing mentorship.
